DESCRIPTION
27,600 sq ft, single-story, steel-framed office space supported on top of four-story concrete parking garage. No exterior bracing used to allow for maximum window view. Steel-framed wall extending above roof level without kneebracing back to the roof structure. This building was completely designed by another firm, cec was hired to redesign the structure and within a two week time period to maintain the original schedule.
